Dr. Allea achieved her Doctoral Degree at the University of Missouri in Physical Therapy. She moved to Orange County and completed a 6 month fellowship training in Pelvic Health in 2018. Dr. Allea has also worked as an instructor and faculty at Chapman University for the Physical Therapy Department, and served as a teaching assistant for the Pelvic Education Alliance. Dr. Allea has experience treating highly complex pelvic floor dysfunctions (pudendal neuralgia, PGAD, rectal spasms, endometriosis, IC). She takes a holistic and multi-faceted approach when treating her patients, and knows this is necessary for her patients to reach their goals. She enjoys treating pregnancy and postpartum in regards to pelvic floor dysfunction as well. During her personal time, Dr. Allea enjoys spending time with her dog Brutus, snowboarding at Mammoth, trail runs, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
