Chaya Notik is a physiotherapist and pelvic health coach with nearly a decade of experience working in pelvic health and complex pain. She supports individuals across the gender spectrum with concerns related to pelvic pain, urinary or bowel function, sexual health, and pre or post-surgical recovery, including gender-affirming procedures. With advanced training in trans health, persistent pain, and a passion for working with marginalized communities, Chaya provides inclusive, trauma-informed care with a strong foundation in nervous system regulation and whole-person healing. By using a holistic approach to address the emotional, physical, and functional aspects of recovery, clients are empowered to reconnect with their bodies and reach their goals. She tailors each program to meet the person’s unique needs and her sessions blend education, evidence-based techniques, exercises, nervous system regulation and emotional support. Chaya believes that everyone deserves access to optimal pelvic health care and strives to create a safe space for healing, education, and long-term resilience. Chaya also shares her knowledge through university teaching and clinical mentorship, with the goal of expanding access to inclusive, affirming pelvic health care for all.
