With the trained eye of a professional dancer and the analytical mind of a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Dr. Pastuszak delivers one-on-one care that bridges the clinical and the creative. Each session draws on her clinical expertise and an intuitive understanding of movement mechanics, designed to help individuals understand their bodies, move more intelligently, and feel truly supported through every stage of life.
Dr. Pastuszak’s goal is to help individuals understand the “why” behind their movement patterns, so they can move with more confidence and trust in their bodies. Through her guidance, movement patterns are uncovered, and new ones are built that support strength, function, and ease—whether the goal is walking to work, running after your kids, or returning to performance.
