I’m Noelle Moyler, Women’s Wellness Coach based in Chichester, West Sussex. I help women over 40, peri- to post-menopause, and those recovering from pregnancy, C-section, or hysterectomy, with pelvic floor dysfunction, core weakness, back pain, and hormonal changes.
Combining strength training, nutrition & lifestyle coaching with specialist pre & postnatal and menopause programs (including Holistic Core Restore® and MUTU-System), I focus on sustainable, realistic interventions so you can live well, feel strong, and regain confidence.
I am also a Breast Cancer Rehab Coach, scar massage therapist, and soft tissue massage therapist, supporting women with recovery, mobility, and pain management after surgery, treatment, or injury.
I offer an initial discovery call, Women’s Health Screening to really understand your needs, ongoing coaching, online membership for holistic core & wellness, and referrals to specialist physiotherapists when needed.
